Makes ¼ cup, enough sauce for a dozen oysters. Nightshade, dairy and gluten free.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of Kosher salt
- 12 large oysters, freshly shucked
Preparation
- Stir vinegar, shallot, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes. Drizzle over oysters.
