Skip the fast food burger with its chemicals and mystery meat.  Delicious burgers are easy and fast!  {Farm burger pictured}


  • 1 pound of ground beef (80/20 you need the fat as a binder)
  • 1/2 pound of ground pork (mild breakfast sausage works great)
  • 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS of Horseradish
  • 2 TBS of  Worcestershire (Not NSF)
  • 1 TBS Tamari soy (GF)
  • 2 TBS red wine
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp  garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 15 cracks of pepper


Mix ingredients thoroughly.  Pat into patties.  Create an indentation in the center to prevent shrinking.  Grill to taste!
