It’s National Watermelon Day! Here is a refreshing summer cocktail that pays homage to this summer fruit!

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 ounces of vodka
• 1 ounce of watermelon liqueur like Dekuper
• Sprite
• Watermelon for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine vodka with melon liqueur and stir.  Add ice and top with sprite.  Garnish and serve
