• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons small-diced dill pickles
• 1 tablespoon champagne or white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon capers
• 1 teaspoon coarse  mustard
• 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
• 1/8 teaspoon of kosher salt
• 6-8 cracks of freshly ground black pepper

Mix ingredients and chill.
