Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons small-diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon champagne or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon coarse mustard
- 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1/8 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 6-8 cracks of freshly ground black pepper
