INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of ground beef lamb
- 2 TBS red wine
- 1 Tablespoon of premium Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Mediterranean Spice Mix
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 15 cracks of pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pat into patties about an inch thick. Create an indentation in the center to prevent shrinking. Grill to taste! We prefer medium on lamb. Curious about temperatures? here you go
No matter how you like your lamb cooked, the best way to gauge when it has reached your desired doneness is with a meat thermometer.
- Rare: 115-120°F
- Medium-Rare: 125°F
- Medium: 130°F
- Medium-Well: 145°F
- Well Done: 150°F
Serve on gluten free bun with pickled onion, fresh spinach and feta cheese.
