Lemon Viniagrette

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 8-12 Pepper corns
