Unlike years ago when I started this journey, there are so many incredible substitutes on the market. This one is a little pricey at $11- $15 a pack but it is amazing. You can always make it from scratch but I would never have even thought of almond flour for pasta. This is absolutely delicious and I am working out a recipe on my faithful red stove. In the meantime, I ordered this straight from their website. You can also grab it in bulk on Amazon Fresh and probably Whole Foods. It has the toothsome perfection of full gluten and stands up better than corn based gluten free pastas.
